This Privacy Policy explains how information may be processed when you use My Money Ledger or visit this informational website. My Money Ledger is published by Codemicros.
2. Website data
This website is a static informational website and does not include account registration, calculators, forms or a custom website database. Your hosting provider and browser may still process standard technical information such as IP address, request logs and device information as part of delivering the site.
3. App account information
The current My Money Ledger app uses phone-number sign-in. Authentication providers may process your phone number, verification messages and security metadata to authenticate your account.
4. Ledger information
The app is designed to store account names, sub-accounts and transaction details that you choose to enter, such as titles, notes, dates, credit amounts and debit amounts. The current app description states that records are synchronized through Firebase so they are available to the signed-in account.
5. Service providers
Infrastructure providers such as Firebase or related Google services may process information on behalf of the app in order to provide authentication, storage, synchronization, security and reliability. Their handling of information is also governed by their applicable terms and privacy policies.
6. Data sharing and sale
Codemicros does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the app, or disclosed when required by law, to protect users, or to maintain the security and integrity of the service.
7. Data security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect account and ledger information. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should also protect access to their phone number, device and sign-in verification messages.
8. Data choices
You may contact support to ask questions about your account or data handling. Depending on the technical implementation and applicable law, deletion or access requests may require identity verification before they can be processed.
9. Children
My Money Ledger is a general finance utility and is not intentionally designed to solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact support.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated as the app, hosting, legal requirements or service providers change. The latest version should be reviewed together with the current Google Play or App Store disclosures.
