By downloading, accessing or using My Money Ledger or this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Purpose of the app
My Money Ledger is a record-keeping and money-tracking utility. It helps users organize accounts, credit entries, debit entries and related ledger information.
3. Not financial advice
The app and website provide organizational tools and general information only. They do not provide financial, tax, accounting, legal or investment advice. You are responsible for decisions made using your records.
4. Accuracy of records
You are responsible for reviewing the amounts, dates, labels and other information you enter or import. You should keep appropriate independent records when information is important for tax, accounting, business or legal purposes.
5. Account access
Where phone-number authentication is used, you are responsible for maintaining control of your phone number, device and verification messages. Do not share OTP or verification codes with anyone.
6. CSV import and export
Imported files should be reviewed before use. Exported files may contain sensitive financial records, so you are responsible for storing and sharing them securely.
7. Availability
The app, website and related services may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. Features and platform availability can change as new versions are released.
8. Intellectual property
My Money Ledger branding, website design, app interface and original content are owned by or licensed to Codemicros, except for third-party trademarks and assets that belong to their respective owners.
9. Third-party services
The app may rely on third-party platforms such as Google Play, the App Store and Firebase. Those services are governed by their own terms, availability and policies.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Codemicros is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the app, loss of records, incorrect entries, service interruptions or reliance on information shown by the app.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the product, services or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their effective date.
